Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take before I can use my website?

Once everything has been set up, it can take 24-48 hours for the changes to propogate around the internet. Your website will not be available via your domain name until that has happenned. You can still upload your site and see if everything is working using the temporary address detailed in your welcome email.

What is my account name, user name and password?

You will be sent a username in your welcome email. This will be similar to your domain name, but may be shortened. Your account name is exactly the same as your user name. A temporary password will also be sent to you - but make sure you go to the control panel and change it as soon as possible. If you forget your password, contact us and we will reset it for you.

How do I get my email working?

Go to the control panel and set up an email address (POP3 mailbox), for example if you have the domain "example.co.uk" and set up a mailbox called "sales", the address will be "sales@example.co.uk". You will need to set a separate password for each mailbox.
